Retail Customers: Product must be accompanied by receipt within 30 days of purchase, in resalable condition.
Mail-order/Internet Customers: If we send you an incorrect size, item or flavor, we will gladly replace it with the item you originally ordered. However, this will require return of the incorrect item, unused and in perfect condition. Do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please call us and we will arrange for the item to be picked up by UPS.
Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to Performance Nutrition within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact UPS for a visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then replace the item or issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
Change your mind: If you decide to return a product for any other reason, the merchandise must be returned unopened in resalable condition. Merchandise must be returned at the customer’s expense.

If you are exchanging the item, please include the name and item # of the product you would like us to ship you.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROPERLY INSURED. If we never receive your return, we cannot issue a refund.
Credit or Exchange will be given after we receive and inspect the product. We cannot reimburse you for shipping. You will have to pay for shipping on any item that is exchanged.
Returned items will incur a 15% Restocking Fee.
We cannot accept returns on any heat-damaged products (such as melted bars). It will be your responsibility to be available to receive your package(s), or to leave special instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbor’s house, or not to deliver if no one is home. Alternatively, you may have your order delivered to your workplace. If you live in an area where temperatures reach 95 degrees on a regular basis, there is a possibility bars will melt while they are inside a UPS truck being delivered to you. Please keep this in mind before ordering. If you have any doubt, do not purchase nutrition bars during hot summertime months.
