| Order InformationAll orders are Downloaded each day at 10:00am Mon-Fri (Eastern Standard Time). We do not download orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If you order is received on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, it will be downloaded and shipped on the next business day.
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday via UPS Ground.
Orders for P.O. Box, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Must ship US Mail.
All orders will ship the same Business day that they are placed as long as all items are in stock. A backorder may delay the package from shipping for a day or two. Backorders are rare because we keep a very large stock of inventory on hand.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. This e-mail will confirm Supplements Outlet has received your order, and your order number will provided to you in this e-mail.
The confirmation e-mail does not mean your order has been processed or shipped it just states your order has been received.
You will receive a Second e-mail confirming that your order has been processed and shipped. If there is any type of problem with your order you will receive and e-mail regarding the issue.
Please provide the proper Billing address for your order.
Without the proper Billing address Supplements Outlet cannot accept your order. Supplements Outlet reserves the right not to accept any order that does not meet our
polices. Providing the correct Billing address will ensure faster shipping, any information that is incorrect may delay the processing and ship time of your package.
If you provide incorrect information with regard to your shipping address and UPS has to correct the address on the package, there will a $5.00 charge applied per box. This charge will be applied to the credit card that you used to place your order. The purpose of this charge is to cover the cost that UPS charges us to make these corrections.
To avoid shipping delays and address correction charges, Please review the information that you provide to us and make sure that it is correct. Please also double check the Credit Card information that you provide. If you provide incorrect card numbers the card will not go through and your order will be delayed. Also please make sure the Expiration date of the card is correct without the correct Exp Date the card will be declined, and this will delay the ship time of the order. Note that, although the website collects your credit card information, we do not actually charge your credit card until we ship your order.

For Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Shipping, Please Call and Place Your Order by Phone at 1-800-991-7325. Shipping charge is determined by Zone.
**IMPORTANT NOTE** During summertime months many products (such as bars) will melt if left outside in the heat. If you purchase nutrition bars and you will not be available to receive your package(s), please leave instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbor’s house, or not to deliver if no one is home. Alternatively, you may have your order shipped to your workplace. Our products are shipped in fresh condition and stored in a climate-controlled warehouse. We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products. If you need to contact UPS, you may call 1-800-PICK-UPS.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses?
YES, ALL P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), Alaska & Hawaii Addresses must be delivered by US Mail.
IMPORTANT: Please type APO or FPO in the City Section and leave United States for the Country (failure to enter the information this way, will give you an incorrect shipping amount). The proper format for an APO/FPO address looks something like the following:

The US Mail shipping rates are determined by the Zone (Zip Code) and the weight of the package. We charge the standard
US rate per zone per lb. All US Mail packages will go Priority Mail 2-3 shipping days.

How will my order ship?
Orders are shipped by UPS Ground unless you request US Mail Delivery or the package can only be delivered by Us Mail. For Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day Shipping, please order by phone. You pay additional shipping cost for these methods which are based on weight and destination.

When will my order ship?
UPS Ground: As long as we have the products in stock, your order will ship in 24-48 hours or receipt of your order. We do our best to ship all UPS orders the same day we receive them. Occasionally there is a delay and the order may take a little longer to ship.
US Mail: Orders being shipped by US Mail will not be shipped until the next business day AFTER we receive your order, because US Mail picks up in the morning before the new orders are downloaded.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right not to accept backorders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UPS Ground: As long as we have the products in stock, your order will ship in 24-48 hours or receipt of your order. We do our best to ship all UPS orders the same day we receive them. Occasionally there is a delay and the order may take a little longer to ship.
In most cases it will take 2-7 business days (from the day your order is shipped, NOT from the day you order) for packages to arrive. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are NOT business days. Temporary backorders may delay shipments by 1-2 days. Large orders may take 1 additional business day to process. Below is an estimated delivery chart. Please note that UPS will not guarantee the arrival date for packages going by ground. Sometimes there is a UPS delay (such as heavy snow). UPS will ONLY guarantee the arrival date for Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day delivery. When calculating your transit time, please do not include the day your order is shipped.

US Mail: Most orders shipped via US Mail take 3-5 business days to arrive. All orders going to APO/FPO military addresses can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to arrive. Once a package leaves our office via US Mail, we cannot guarantee an arrival date.
